I don't get it, so Putin signs a paper with the heads of a small state WITHIN Ukraine, and suddenly Crimea has now gone from Russian->Ukrainian->Russian again in the space of a century? Isn't that like gifting your friend with your old waffle-iron, but now that his sandwich toaster seems to be faulty, you fear for your iron's safety, so you break into his house and take it back?
